Welcome to our window section, this will help you to indentify which which windows you have or need.
We have listed the most popular types below along with a brief description and how to measure them.
To allow us to find your window as quickly as possible, Please email with photographs, measurements and any other details you can provide.
Golden Trimmed Window
These Windows measure 37 3/4 x 34 3/4 and have a squared top with a rounded bottom.
Please note if we supply a window that does not match your original measurments provided, we WILL refund you. HOWEVER If our provided window is correct to the measurements provided to us but does not fit we will NOT refund you.
Windows also run on our 30 day returns/refunds scheme with the rest of our products.
Full width Hinge N/S or O/S Fronts – Measure across the hinge (Measurement A) , then from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of the plastic (Longest side first as Meaurement B) (Shortest side as Measurement C) following the path of your window arms as a guide.
Full width Hinge – Measure Across the Hinge Bar for the width (Measurement D), Then from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of the plastic (Measurement E).
Full width Hinge with bow – Measure Across the Hinge Bar for the width (Measurement F), Then from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of the plastic through the Centre/ Longest Point (Measurement G).
Short Hinge Bar – Measure Across the Hinge Bar (Measurement A), Then across the plastic for the width (Measurement B), finally from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of the plastic (Measurement C).
Short Hinge N/S or O/S Fronts – Measure across the hinge (Measurement D) , Then across the plastic for the width (Measurement E),then from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of the plastic (Longest side first as Meaurement F) (Shortest side as Measurement G) following the path of your window arms as a guide.
Hexagonal/Egg shaped Dometic Window with a Short Hinge Bar – Measure Across the Hinge Bar (Measurement A), Then across the center of the plastic for the width (Measurement B), finally from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of the plastic (Measurement C).
N/S or O/S Sides (Trapezium Shaped – Example Shown Full Hinge) – Measure as above for your width (depending on your hinge bar – Exampe shows Full Hinge Measurement A) , then the width of the plastic (at the top), followed by the widest point of your plastic (Measurement B), finally from the bottom of the hinge to the bottom of your window (Measurement C).
Roxite or Ellbee
To find your Roxite number you should look in the top right hand corner for a small oval sticker (two examples below), the Roxite Number will give us your colour tint and a better chance of matching up your window, colour codes are:
Roxite 60 – Green
Roxite 64 – Green Opaque
Roxite 80 – Brown
Roxite 84 – Brown Opaque
Roxite 90 – Grey
Roxite 94 – Grey Opaque / Smokey Grey
Roxite PMMA – Smokey Grey (covers most modern windows)
However If you fail to find a roxite number check your window blocks for the word Ellbee.
Coloured Borders
Some windows have coloured edges or speckles. The coloured edges are usually a solid band of colour or a speckled edge. Solid borders can be White, Black, Grey/Silver, Brown Etc. The Speckled Edges only come in 3 colours, Black, Bronze/Gold, Grey/Silver.
